let's get to know each other

Hey! I'm Rebecca

I'm a digital & film photographer/cinematographer living in NYC capturing weddings, couples, and life around me.

I approach photography intentionally, and am emotionally driven behind the camera. I genuinely love connecting with people, which is part of why I love photography so much.

Let's tell your story authentically: from the excitement and anticipation, to the loving vows, and the unreal energy on the dance floor. I'll be right there dancing beside you through it all, camera in hand!

My style is a mixture of editorial and fly-on-the-wall with an artful touch.

I’m all about the best of both worlds: those in-between candids and documenting in the moment, and aiding in helpful guided moments for staple classic imagery that beautifully articulates your natural personalities.

I'd love to work with couples whose values align with this approach, and can truly appreciate photography as an art form. If this sounds like you, let's chat and become friends. I can't wait to meet you and hear your story!

A little about me...

I’ve been taking photos since I was a kid — my first camera was a classic Polaroid that I still bring with me on shoots to this day. I was formally trained in a black and white film darkroom when I was 14, before I learned how to shoot digital.

Professionally, I’ve been a visual storyteller for 15+ years. After graduating college with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from the Fashion Institute of Technology, I began splitting my time between shooting weddings and working as a multi-disciplinary creative in the entertainment industry.

I love planning road trips, walking around my neighborhood in Astoria, Queens, and seeking out analog photo booths in whichever city I'm visiting. I grew up on Long Island and visit my family and childhood dog, Doris, often. I love aimlessly driving around and making tons of playlists for every possible vibe.

Let's tell your story.

All of the personal images I've included below are fleeting moments, but one in particular is of a bus going over Bixby Bridge in California. This bridge is normally very busy, but when I caught a glimpse of this bus, its color palette perfectly matching the landscape, driving over on its own -- it was such a pure moment in time that felt full of magic, that can't be replicated.

I want you to look back on images from this time in your life the same way I look back on my photographs. I always aim to create photos you can feel, and it's my mission to take special care with each and every one of my couples to deliver that feeling of your heart fluttering -- the warm feeling that comes over you when you're reliving these moments forever.
